**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and requirements, effectively communicating the value of our relevant products and services.
- Qualify sales opportunities by assessing the potential fit and urgency, and then forward them to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Take ownership of the sales process and actively work towards closing deals to achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, building and nurturing relationships to establish PVR as a preferred solution provider.
- Maintain and expand a comprehensive database of prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with channel partners to strategically build a strong sales pipeline and facilitate the closing of deals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to effectively position PVR's products and services.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in IT inside sales or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English, Kannada), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with prospects and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software to manage and track leads.
