Job Overview:
We are looking for Telecallers who are eager to build a career in telemarketing and sales. This role is the first step in sales, where you will connect with potential customers, introduce them to our solutions, and set up demo meetings for the sales team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or students looking for a side income, offering excellent training and experience in sales communication.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company products/services and generate interest
- Fix appointments for demo meetings with the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Confidence in speaking with potential customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
