**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**:

- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prioritize and coordinate appointments, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare meeting agendas and ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings.
- **Communication Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and review communications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- **Travel and Logistics**:

- Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and transportation for the executive.
- Ensure all logistics related to business trips, meetings, and events are organized.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements for travel-related activities.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
- Take meeting minutes, distribute them to relevant participants, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure meeting spaces are properly arranged with necessary materials and technology.
- **Document Preparation and Filing**:

- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and other documents required by the executive.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
- **Project Assistance**:

- Support the executive in various projects by tracking progress, preparing documents, and liaising with other departments or teams.
- Assist in the research and analysis of information needed for decision-making.
- Help with the execution of strategic initiatives.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized.
- Liaise with other administrative personnel to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with general administrative duties, such as managing office space, handling mail, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
- **Problem-Solving and Support**:

- Address routine issues and handle requests or inquiries that arise.
- Take initiative to resolve problems independently when necessary, ensuring mínimal disruption to the executive’s workflow.
- Provide ad hoc support to the executive, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
