Hi Folks,

Hiring for the position of **Inventory Executive**.

**Job skill required**

1. Maintain accounts and purchase records.

2. Inform the purchase regarding the availability of raw material as and when required.

3. Prepare Work Order and ensure that Production completes the same.

4. Keep stock of Inward goods, consumed stock, stock on hand & finished goods.

5. Take Inspection of Finished Good Product Before Dispatch of that Product.

6. Prepare Invoices and other Related documentation (E-way bill) when dispatching Produced Material.

7. Receive Purchase invoice and checking accuracy of Invoice keeping record in Tally ERP9.

8. Process purchase order / proforma invoice and match the same.

9. Arrange for delivery vehicles and ensure proper delivery of goods till assigned destination.

10. Follow up with Q C Team & Factory Dept. for Production & Purchase.

11. Maintain Records Files of every Transitions Base of Production & Purchase.

12. Vendor follow-up for Material.

13. Stock Reconciliation & Accounts Reconciliation.

14. Manufacturing Entry in Tally Prime.

**Computer Knowledge** : Tally Erp 9 & Prime, Excel (V-Look up ,H lookup ,Pivot Table)
