Job Title: Audit Executive - Stock/Inventory Audit Department: Internal Audit

Company: Ramsons Perfumes Location: Dombivli East

Reports To: Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct stock and inventory audits across locations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Perform physical stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and audit of inventory processes to detect discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Review and evaluate inventory systems, internal controls, and risk management procedures related to stock management.
- Document and report audit findings, including discrepancies, process weaknesses, or areas of concern, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Analyze inventory transactions and stock movements to ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting principles.
- Assist in identifying inventory shrinkage and propose corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy and reduce losses.
- Prepare and review audit reports, detailing audit methodology, findings, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, finance, supply chain) to ensure proper inventory handling and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit policies.
- Stay updated on best practices, industry standards, and relevant accounting and auditing standards for inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in stock or inventory auditing, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and audit processes.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal controls related to inventory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and inventory management software.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to analyze data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
