**Job Description: Quality Inspector (Inspection Agency - Chemical Production Preferred)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection & Compliance**: Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet regulatory, customer, and company specifications.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain records, and document non-conformities with corrective action recommendations.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to industry standards, such as ISO, ASTM, and other relevant quality and safety regulations.
- **Testing & Sampling**: Perform sampling and testing of chemical products using analytical tools and laboratory equipment.
- **Supplier & Vendor Audits**: Conduct inspections at supplier or vendor locations to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.
- **Process Monitoring**: Evaluate manufacturing and production processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend improvements.
- **Safety & Hazard Awareness**: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with chemical handling procedures, including hazardous material regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production teams, engineers, and regulatory bodies to maintain quality standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in an **inspection agency** with exposure to **chemical production**.
- **Certifications (preferred)**: ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or other quality management certifications.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of chemical testing methods, quality inspection tools, and regulatory compliance.
- **Soft Skills**: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, good communication, and problem-solving ability.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in third-party inspection agencies.
- Familiarity with international quality standards in the chemical industry.
- Ability to work independently and make critical quality-related decisions.

**Work Conditions**:

- **Work Environment**: May involve working in production plants, warehouses, or laboratories.
- **Physical Requirements**: Standing for long hours, wearing protective equipment, and exposure to chemicals.
- **Travel**: May be required to visit supplier or client sites for inspections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
