Job Summary:
We're seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet quality standards, specifications, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspect raw materials, make 1st job inspection report, make In-Process Inspections report, make CAPA report and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and regulations.

2. Identify and investigate defects, collaborating with other departments to resolve quality issues.

3. Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and testing results.

4. Analyze data to assess product quality and identify potential issues.

5. Develop and implement quality control procedures.

6. Good knowledge of compressor parts drawings & Understanding Mechanical parts Drawings.

Instrument Knowledge:
Vernier Calliper, Micrometre (Outside/Inside), Height Gauge, Depth Gauge, Bevel Protractor, Dial Indicator/Dial Gauge, Feeler Gauge, Surface Plate, Bore Gauges, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Plug Gauges, Ring Gauges & Surface Roughness Testers etc.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in compressor parts manufacturing.

3. Excellent written communication abilities.

4. Strong problem-solving capability.

5. Solid attention to detail.

6. Familiarity with quality control instruments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
