The role also involves following blueprints and specifications, using measurement tools, and reporting on inspection data. Key Responsibilities:

- **Inspection and Testing**: Inspecting materials and finished products, conducting various tests (visual, dimensional, functional), and using inspection equipment.
- **Documentation**: Recording inspection results, compiling data, and generating reports on defects and reworks.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying quality issues, analyzing root causes, and recommending improvements to production processes.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Ensuring compliance with company standards, specifications, and legal requirements.
- **Training**: Providing training to production staff on quality control procedures.
- **Communication**: Communicating inspection results with the production team and management.
- **Using Measurement Tools**: Utilizing calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to assess products.
- **Data Analysis**: Collecting and analyzing data to track trends in product quality and identify areas for improvement.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Investigating the causes of defects and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggesting improvements to the production process to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- **Adherence to Safety Regulations**: Ensuring that quality control activities are carried out safely.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per day
