Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, your role is to ensure that products or services meet specified quality standards and requirements before they are released to customers or clients. Here's a detailed job description:

- **Inspection and Testing**: Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests on products, components, or materials to verify compliance with quality specifications, standards, and requirements. Use precision tools, instruments, and equipment to perform inspections accurately.
- **Quality Control Procedures**: Follow established quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and reliability of inspection results. Adhere to standardized inspection methods, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria to maintain quality standards.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including measurements, observations, and deviations from specifications. Record inspection data accurately and legibly on inspection forms, checklists, or electronic databases.
- **Non-Conformance Management**: Identify and document any non-conformities, defects, or deviations from quality standards during inspections. Communicate non-conformance issues to relevant personnel, such as quality managers or production supervisors, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality problems and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
