**Position: Inspection Executive**

**Location: Jalan Complex Gate 1 Lane 1**

**Department: Quality Control / Inspection**

**Reports To: Factory Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Raw Material Inspection**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, including metals, components, and other essential materials used in food processing and railway machinery manufacturing.
- Verify material properties, dimensions, and quality as per company standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quality-related concerns and rejections.
- **Vendor Job Work Inspection**:

- Inspect outsourced job work to ensure compliance with drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve quality issues and suggest corrective actions.
- **Sheet, Angle, Flat, Round Bar Inspection**:

- Check dimensional accuracy, surface finish, hardness, and other key quality parameters of various metal sections.
- Conduct random sampling and testing for critical components.
- **Process & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company quality policies, and ISO norms.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and generate reports for quality analysis.
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformance, and recommend corrective measures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in food processing machinery or railway machinery manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials (metals, alloys, etc.) and machining processes.
- Familiarity with quality standards, ISO certifications, and inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
