Qc Inspector(Workwear)

**QC Inspector - Workwear/Industrial garments/PPE wear**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products.
- **Excellent knowledge in standards cover different aspects of garment quality control, including colour-fastness, shrinkage, fabric quality, and seam quality and sustainability of the material.**:

- Implement inspection according to operation guidelines, inspection guidelines, and any special instructions provided by the company.
- Complete inspection report with photos and submit it to Technical Manager within the required time limit
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines
- Measure product quality, examine the patterns, and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- need to keep accurate records of products checked, sometimes carrying out a statistical analysis
- Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Supervise the production process.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering graduation in Textile/Chemical/Polymer/Industrial/Production.
- **Preferable from workwear, PPE wear, industrial garments sector.**:

- Certification in ISO quality audit is preferred. Knowledge of AATCC standards is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in a QC inspector, Quality auditor or similar role.
- Familiar with the AQL standard and good knowledge of safety and regulation standards.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to prepare inspection reports periodically.
- Strong communication skill in English is mandatory
- Willing to travel intensively

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Relocate before starting work (required)
