**Job Title**: Customer Support Associate
**Full Time (WORK FROM OFFICE)**
**Location**: Jopling Road, Hazratganj

**Salary**: ₹13,000 to ₹15,500 (in-hand, with no deductions)
**Working Hours**: 9 hours login + 1-hour break
6 working days/week, with 1 rotational week off

**Shift Timings**:

- Rotational shifts (Day, Evening, Night, Midnight)
- Female: Day rotational shifts
- Male: Evening, Night, Midnight shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent support through both chat and voice processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and effective manner.
- Strong decision-making ability, especially when working under pressure.

**Key Requirements**:

- 12th Pass or higher
- Minimum age: 18+
- Ability to work from the office
- Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
