Job Description:

- Full Time

Profile : Customer Support Associate

Log in hours : 8 hours login and 1 hour break

Shift timings : Rotational shift ( 6 days working with 1 rotational week off)

Salary : 12k to 15.5k (in hand)
- Part-time

Profile : Customer Support Associate
- Log in hours : 5 hours (30 minutes break included)
- Shift timings : Rotational shift ( 6 days working with 1 rotational week off)
- Salary : 7,000 fixed without any deductions
- There will be 45 days of training from the office in Lucknow, after completion of the training you can work from home. (You need to have your Laptop and good wifi connection.)

Requirement:

- Excellent communication skills

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handling customers
- Solving queries
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
