1. Scope of Work - Implementation of centralized Purchase Policy for all Factory inputs - RM & PM, Finished Goods & Miscellaneous Items as per requirements. Daily ledger book to be maintained

2. Operationally report to General Manager (Factory). Reporting to higher ups as per instructions. Quarterly submission of Inward & Outward freight cost analysis report., packaging material rates update report. Monthly raw material rate update report.

3. All purchasing / Purchase operations should be cos effective including freight cost. Lot or Consignment quantity should be decided on the basis of Value or Days inventory or MOQ. Maintaining minimum inventory stock level as per consumption ratio.

4. Internal Coordination with GM (Factory), Head production, Quality Control & Assurance, Head Logistics (Head - RM& PM, F G Stores, QC, HR etc. - F G - Stores) for planning & execution of day-to-day requirements & updates for smooth working of Production & Dispatch activities.

5. External Communications to all vendors for status of PO, Material dispatches & transit details for follow up.

6. Preparing of Monthly purchase Budget Plan for Procurement - As per requirements received from all departments i.e. RM / PM/FG Stores, Quality Control, & send for discussions & approval.

7. After verification& finalization of requirements, Float the enquiries, collect the minimum two - three quotes for each item, make the rate comparison statement, take the approval & raise the Purchase Orders with all material specification details including dispatch schedule

8. Send the signed & approved PO, confirm the receipt, availability of material, dispatch & receipt dates, transit time & communicate to the concerned department / Pearson to plan their operations.

9. Follow up with suppliers according to their dispatch schedule & if there is any change, should be communicated to concerned department / Person.

10. Simultaneously update docs / update all records in Tally System.

11. Work with **(Production Planning & Inventory Control)** to prevent shortages or overstocking

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
