**Job Summary**:
The Role is for overseeing and managing the procurement process within an organization. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for the operation of the business. The Purchase Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining a balance between quality, cost, and efficiency in the procurement process.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

2. Negotiate terms for pricing and delivery. Maintain documents of rate contract.

3. Maintain supplier relationships.

4. Timely Procurement of materials and components. Ensure timely fulfilment of all documentation, Purchase Orders, Inward, GRN, Bill booking etc.

5. Stay updated on market trends.

6. Monitor and reduce procurement costs.

7. Implement cost-effective strategies.

8. Maintain accurate inventory levels.

**Requirement**:
1. Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with specific experience in kitchen cabinetry or modular kitchen materials.

2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

3. Knowledge of procurement software and tools.

4. Familiarity with quality assurance and inventory management practices.

5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Education**: Graduate / Post graduate (preferably MBA).

**Experience**: 2-3years

**Location**:Kondhwa, Pune.

**Type of Industry**:Manufacturing (modular Kitchen).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
