Designation: Engineering & Purchase Executive

**Activities in Engineering**:
Working in ERP, Budgeting, Estimation, Estimate Versioning, Planning, Project & Drawing Management

Activities in Purchase:
Working in ERP, Supplier registration, Material Requisitions, Enquiry, Quotation, Quotation Comparative, Rate Management, Purchase Order, Purchase Bills, Posting to Accounts.

Job brief:
Engineers Responsibilities
- Making plans using detailed drawings.
- Maintain workflow as per estimated budgets.
- Creating accurate cost, work & quality effective project specifications.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Working together with inventory control to manage and determine inventory needs.

Purchase Manager Responsibilities:

- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Distribute numerous requests for quotes (RFQ)
- Research and choose a vendor.
- Discuss the contract and send the PO
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiating terms of contracts, costs, delivery dates, etc.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Acquire and examine the invoice (3-Way Matching)
- Approve the invoice and forward to accounts Dept for payment.
- Keeping track records
- Closing the purchase order
- Keeping up with the supplier database, purchase records, and other paperwork.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Organizing the upkeep of manufacturing and office machinery.

Requirements & Skills for Engineering
- B.E. in Civil Engineering + P.G. in construction management.
- Proven working experience in civil engineering & construction site management.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
- A knack for negotiation and networking
- Project management and supervision skills
- Working experience of vendor management software
- Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills

Strong leadership capabilities

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
