**Sourcing and Evaluation**:
Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying vendors for electrical components, control panels, cables, motors, and other relevant items.
- **Technical Expertise**:
Possessing strong technical knowledge of electrical components and systems used in control panels.
- **Negotiation**:
Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain quality.
- **Procurement Process Management**:
Managing the entire procurement process, including creating purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- **Quality Assurance**:
Ensuring that all purchased materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- **Inventory Management**:
Collaborating with production and stores to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent shortages.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities, including quotations, purchase orders, and supplier information.
- **Compliance**:
Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
- **Collaboration**:
Working closely with engineering, production, planning, and other departments to understand their material requirements.
- **Market Research**:
Conducting market research to stay informed about new technologies, products, and pricing trends.
- **Relationship Management**:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- **Cost Analysis and Reporting**:
Analysing costs, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

**Required Skills**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Solid understanding of electrical components, control systems, and relevant industry standards.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to achieve favorable terms.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve procurement-related issues.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
