Fourfront Pvt Ltd is Specialized into electromechanical and electronics products. Catering to Automotive and Industrial segments as well as household appliances. Our Manufacturing Plant caters to Indian OEMs like TATA Motors, Force Motors, Ashok Leyland, TDK, Emerson, Marcopolo.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential vendors through research and market analysis for the upcoming project.
- Conduct due diligence to ensure vendors meet compliance and ethical standards.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure favourable agreements.
- Develop and manage vendor contracts, ensuring clarity and adherence to company policies. Analyse vendor pricing and cost structures to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Explore new sourcing opportunities to diversify the vendor base & Ensure vendors adhere to compliance and regulatory.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging vendor management technologies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vendor relationships.
- Align vendor development strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
- Liaising closely with R&D Head to clearly understand the requirement for parts in terms of timescales and cost.
- Prepare the transfer costing of finish good.
- Freight budget date preparation.
- Prepare the cost comparison.
- Attend the supplier meetings and resolve the issue related with supplier.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience with direct procurement experience within related industry. Proven experience as a Leadership Role leading a team of Engineers.
- Experience in handling Molding tools, Stamping parts, Casting parts & machining will be preferable. Experience in handling electronics components will be an added advantage.
- Advance skills in MS Office like Excel. Power point etc. Basic proficiency in MRP tools.
