**Experience**: 4 to 6 years

**Location**:Bangalore**

**Notice period**: Immediate to 15days

**Required Skills -**
- 4+ Years of Experience as a **Success Factor Consultant**
- **SAP SuccessFactors (Certification Mandatory)**
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Certification Mandatory)
- Experience in Talent Management modules Performance and Goal Management required.
- Experience in RCM & ONB module.
- Experience with implementations and at least one support project.
- Support and enhance SuccessFactors components spanning EC, PMGM, RCM functions to meet client needs.
- Good understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite architecture.
- Experience in new custom production extensions and analysing existing extension.
- Good Communication skills and Ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
