**Job Title**: Grinding & Honing Supervisor / Setter - Gear Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Setting, programming, operate, and supervise **grinding and honing machines** for gear production.
- Ensure proper tool and fixture setup for efficient production.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Inspect gears using gauges, micrometers, and profile checking instruments.
- Maintain strict adherence to **quality standards, tolerances, and process parameters**.
- Guide operators, allocate work, and resolve shopfloor challenges.
- Implement and follow **safety, 5S, and process discipline** on the shopfloor.
- Report production status, rejections, and corrective actions to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related field.
- **7 years of hands-on experience** in gear grinding and honing (supervisory or setter role preferred).
- Strong knowledge of gear inspection techniques and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and process sheets.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on **quality and productivity**.
- Team handling and supervisory skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,324.45 per month
