This role requires a good working exposure in managing the user access role for various business functions involving multiple systems - SAP ECC & SAP CRM.

The person shall also serve as business SPOC to work along with multiple stakeholders such as IT, audit & SOX compliance team on various topics such as
- SOD control mitigations,
- user access role adjustment & role adaptations, etc.
- Audit queries & reviews.
- Work with user access IT team for SAP ECC/CRM user's biz role/role IDM requests that have SODs conflicts.
- Work with User Access team to fix SAP ECC users biz role does not sync in SAP IDM / ECC/CRM systems.
- Work with SOX team to create new mitigation controls if needed.
- Work with users, biz role, role owners for new/existing biz role / role or t-code creation/deletion/modifications requests.

The role also requires an active participation alongside global SOX compliance team for various reviews & report generation such as
- Cross ERP ECC and RAR user access checks via SAP ECC/CRM/ IDM systems.
- Review for inexistent users that have T043 limit values accesses.
- Mitigation key controls review with the business leads.
- Rulesets reviews with business leads.
- SAP ECC/CRM business role/role privileges review with the owners.
- Users T043 limit values access attestations.
- KC181.1 attestations.
- SOD conflicts & reporting for various stakeholders.

Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of user business problems and the development of system or process recommendations to meet requirements, which includes defining problems, evaluating requirements, and implementing systems/processes.

This role may involve a significant amount of project management. Project management responsibilities include managing internal non-technical business projects from initiation through completion.
Ensures effective communication across teams/functions. Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results.
Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
Requires people and resource management through others and may include leading third-party resources.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required.

At least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.

Good to have medium level proficiency on SAP GRC module, CHARM change management process
