Job Title: Process Coordinator for Sales**Responsibilities**:

- **Support Sales Team**: Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating schedules, following up on leads, and organizing meetings.
- **Order Processing**: Receive and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Customer Support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and maintain sales reports, including performance metrics and forecasts.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- **Sales Meetings**: Coordinate internal and external sales meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Data Entry**: Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
