**Reports to** - Sr. Manager-Operations
**Job Location**:Plant
- 1, 2 & 3 (Sector-24, Faridabad)
**Shift - General**
**Grade - B3**
**About the Department( MDO)**:
Managing Director Office (MDO) leads and **controls Day to day activities and Coordination between the Various Departments.**
It performs near to the MD & CEO for internal Customers and Suppliers. It Supervises the overall operations inline with objectives, Mission, Vision, Policies and Goals.
It helps to establish an effective System in order to avoid any discrepancy or failure between the Dept.
It Performs duties based on Authority and responsibility as assigned by the management ( CEO & MD).

- Interaction and Coordination Skills
- **Soft Skills( Mails, Google Drive, Google Sheet & Excel )**:
- Communication Skill ( English and Hindi)
- Monitoring and Controlling the Information
- Team Coordination and Handling
- Discipline and Work ethics
- Result oriented thinking
- Analytical Skills is must.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Coordination between inter and intra department.
- Support to department, HOD & Subordinates, Team members, department members.
- Time Management of the Department.
- DWM & Calendar Management of DWM
- Result Oriented approach from tasks
- Verification and auditing of the tasks done
- Monitoring the day to day progressive activities of the department
- Focus on departmental and organizational goals
- Positive approach to get the work done, approach with downward delegation
- Enable the department & Organization to close the loop for any task given and verification of the same.
**Prerequisites and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory
- **5+ years’ experience on PC Role**:
- Proficient with Google Sheets & Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
