**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs offered by the institution.
- Provide accurate and timely information on course content, admission procedures, payment plans, and timelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students to encourage enrollment.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Maintain records of student interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
- Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and other promotional events.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets related to student counseling and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, student services, or EdTech is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with students.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Target-driven and able to work under pressure.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Experience in counseling for higher education, test prep, or online courses.
- Understanding of education systems and career pathways.

Pay: ₹11,249.96 - ₹40,000.00 per month
