**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a foundational understanding of marketing strategies and a desire to develop further in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Coordination: Work closely with the social media team to ensure consistent brand messaging and assist with content planning and execution.
- SEO & Website Coordination: Collaborate with SEO and website teams to enhance online visibility, monitor website performance, and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Campaign Management: Support in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, tracking performance, and reporting on key metrics.
- Content Coordination: Liaise with content creators and designers to ensure that all materials are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering data on campaign performance, social media metrics, and market trends to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Event Support: Participate in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- General Support: Provide general assistance to the marketing team in daily tasks and ad hoc projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
