**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital advertising, eager to learn, and wants to kickstart their career working on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the creation, setup, and management of paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Monitor daily campaign performance and report on key metrics such as CPC, CTR, Impressions, Conversions, etc.

Conduct basic keyword research and audience targeting for campaign planning.

Support in writing ad copy, selecting creatives, and coordinating with design teams.

Analyze ad performance and provide insights for optimization.

Keep up with industry trends and updates from Google and Meta platforms.

Maintain campaign documentation, reports, and basic dashboards.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital marketing, specifically performance marketing.

Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms (certifications are a plus).

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic PowerPoint skills.

Good communication and team collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**:
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification.

Internship experience in digital marketing or marketing projects.

Familiarity with Google Analytics or other tracking tools.
