**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Product, to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of Vahan's services.
- Proactively identify and address client issues, providing timely resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement or upsell.
- Analyze client data and usage metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Develop and maintain client documentation, including training materials, FAQs, and support resources.
- Participate in client onboarding and training sessions, ensuring clients are equipped to maximize the value of Vahan.co's solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engg., Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in customer success, account management, or client operations.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving client satisfaction.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in the technology or SaaS/Service industry.
