**Key Responsibilities**:
Campaign Management & Strategy
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor budgets, analyze data, and scale campaigns for performance

**Team Leadership**
- Lead and mentor a team of junior performance marketers and interns
- Set weekly goals, review performance, and ensure task execution aligns with strategy

**Client Communication**
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Share regular updates, performance reports, and strategic insights

**Creative & Content Collaboration**
- Work closely with creative strategists and designers to ensure trendy and impactful ad creatives
- Suggest ideas for reels, visuals, and content that boost CTR and engagement

**Marketing Trends & Tools**
- Stay updated with latest ad platform changes, audience behavior trends, and automation tools
- Run A/B tests and implement learnings across campaigns

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads

Proven track record of high-ROI paid campaigns
