**Responsibilities:

- **
- Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign.
- Research and develop a marketing strategy, including content, distribution strategy (both offline and online), budget allocation, and ROI metrics.
- Understand data and insights, and analyze market trends.
- Produce and evaluate the performance of content (social media/ads)
- Manage/assist in digital marketing campaigns and SEO;
- Establish quality standards based on market trends
- Develop content for marketing campaigns (proficiency in writing and Canva is required).
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and manage and allocate budget effectively.
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and D2C platforms (Amazon, Spotify, YouTube, Flipkart).
- **Requirements:

- Master's degree in marketing, economics, commerce, or a related field; 2-3 years of relevant experience; Google and Meta Ad certifications.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
- Focus on customer/market and initiative; high standards for creatives and content that are recognized at an international scale.
- Understanding of how to acquire clients for consultancies/service-based agencies.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month
