- Should have system oriented approach
- Receive, store, safeguard, maintain, and disburse parts, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Monitoring of material Incoming, Material Issue process for Plating, outside and in-house assembly.
- Coordination with production department regarding material receipt/issue.
- Ensure that inventory count is adequate, cost effective, and accurate using various methods such as a full inventory count, cycle counting, or spot checking.
- Determine inventory stocking levels as necessary, and reorder points, and obsolescence.
- Receive inventory appropriately, checking shipping documents for accuracy and storing inventory appropriately for safekeeping and efficient retrieval
- Safeguard inventory to reduce costs caused by factors such as misappropriation or damage.
- Disburse inventory as appropriate and with documentation to ensure proper accounting.
- Monitor work for compliance with established methods, guidelines, standards and procedures.
- Physical stock verify with ledger.
- Updating stock position in excel/google sheet with complete details.
