**Key Responsibilities**

As a **Junior Executive - Store**, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, inventory control, and material handling. Your key responsibilities include:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain and update stock records, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- **Material Handling & Storage**: Receive, verify, and store materials in an organized manner.
- **Stock Issuance & Distribution**: Ensure timely issuance of materials to production and other departments.
- **Stock Audits & Verification**: Conduct regular stock checks and physical verifications, reporting any discrepancies.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Work closely with suppliers and the procurement team for material availability.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain inward and outward stock movement records and prepare periodic reports.
- **Store Maintenance & Safety**: Ensure the store area is clean, well-organized, and follows safety regulations.
- **ERP & System Updates**: Update stock records in ERP/software for efficient inventory tracking.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum **1 year** of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Knowledge of storekeeping practices, stock management, and material handling.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word)** and ERP/software for inventory management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
