**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner
- Analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, and prepare reports
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure brand consistency
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking
- Monitor competitors’ social media presence and performance for industry insights

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and edit engaging content (images, videos, text)
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Creative, proactive, and team-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing diploma/degree (preferred)
