- **Social Media Executive**

We’re looking for a skilled and creative social media executive to join our team at AG Organica Pvt. Ltd.

As a social media executive, you will work collaboratively with our communications and marketing team. You will also manage our social media presence, create, and execute strategies and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness.

**Objectives of this Role**
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, Tumblr and Reddit.
- Support social marketing efforts for other channels
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from the media about a given product line.

**Your Tasks**
- Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.
- Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement.
- Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
- Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences.
- Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications.**
- Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
- Experience as a social media executive at a similar company.
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
- In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution.
- Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
- Flexible and engaging writing style.
- Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
- Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
