The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our online store. This role involves content creation, community management, and analysis of social media performance to support the overall marketing goals of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, and copy) across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and generate reports on key metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and innovative.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand brand reach.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for kids’ fashion and a keen eye for detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,642.96 - ₹35,000.00 per month
