**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the real estate transaction process.
- **Property Information and Coordination**:

- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and meetings between clients and real estate agents.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on available properties, including pricing, features, and location details.
- **Documentation and Transaction Support**:

- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide clients with valuable insights and guidance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and advise clients accordingly.
- **Customer Feedback and Satisfaction**:

- Gather feedback from clients regarding their real estate experiences and use this information to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address any concerns or issues raised by clients to ensure a positive overall experience.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
