What You'll Achieve

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will play a vital role in ensuring customer success, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth for both the company and its customers.

You will:

• Being the main point of contact between the company and a number of named accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support.
• Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base.
• Gauge customers' levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements.
• Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

• Prefer graduates.
• Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.
• 0-1 years experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role.
• Good communication skills, and comfortable to speak in English and Hindi.

Desirable Requirements:

• Problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Self-motivated and a good Team player.
