Job Title - Customer Support Executive
Project - Mobile Gaming App
Location - Madgaon, Goa

Shift Timings: Rotational Shift
- 10am-7pm/11am-8pm/2pm-11pm/11pm-8am
(Must be comfortable for all the shift timings)

**Terms**:

- Full Time
- 6 Day Week
- Work from Office

Experience: 6months +
- Night Shift
- Pick and drop service provided by company within 10km

Skill set Requirement - Excellent Communication skills and problem solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Providing chat and call support
- Strategically approaching each player based on their history and profile.
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team.
- Actively participate in team meetings.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- goa, Goa 403601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
