NeoRipples (The Marketing Hub), is a 2-year-old young & dynamic company in the domain of digital marketing & brand communications. We work with some of the noted entities in Broadband, IT, Retail, Fashion (apparel & Cosmetics), Healthcare, Govt bodies, Construction, Insurance, E-commerce, etc. We associate to understand the gaps, map competition, and create a tailor-made path for the brands with the correct platform and the right content. **Opportunity**

NeoRipples Marketing is currently looking for a Client and Marketing Service Executive that are dedicated and motivated individuals who have demonstrated academic excellence and have strong research acumen and preferably, prior experience working in the Marketing and Advertising sector.

**Location**:Gurugram, India

**Responsibilities of the Job**
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase maximum satisfaction
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
- Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new products or products at end-of-life
- Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them and assist in creating ways for delivering excellent clients service to irate or problematic clients

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required
- 3+ years’ experience in a customer service role
- 1+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing position preferred
- Proven ability to utilize the Salesforce contact platform required
- Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
