As a Female Counselor at APTI PLUS Academy For Civil Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students throughout their academic journey. You will be responsible for providing guidance, counseling, and emotional support to both male and female students, with a focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Counseling Services**: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students, addressing their academic, personal, and emotional needs.

**Academic Guidance**: Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and programs based on their career goals and interests.

**Career Counseling**: Offer career guidance, including information about various competitive exams, colleges, and job opportunities.

**Emotional Support**: Create a welcoming and empathetic atmosphere where students can openly discuss their concerns, stress, and anxieties.

**Conflict Resolution**: Mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues among students, promoting a harmonious learning environment.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.

**Orientation Programs**: Organize orientation programs and workshops for new students to introduce them to the coaching centre's services and resources.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff members to ensure the holistic development and well-being of students.

**Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with the latest educational and psychological trends to better assist students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- **Previous counseling experience is preferred** but not mandatory.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- **Familiarity with the education system, competitive exams,** and career options.
- Languages know: English, Hindi, Bengali

**Additional Information**:

- The working hours may include evenings and weekends to accommodate the students' schedules.
