
Back Office Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Franchisee Onboarding**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for new franchisees after their bookings are confirmed.
- Coordinate with franchisees to ensure they receive all required documentation, contracts, and materials needed for their onboarding.
**2) Cross-departmental Coordination**:
- Work closely with the Legal department to ensure all franchise agreements are reviewed and executed correctly.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of franchisees post-sale.
- Collaborate with the Operations department to ensure franchisees have the necessary resources and support for a successful launch.
**3) Documentation & Compliance**:
- Ensure that all franchise agreements and legal documents are properly filed and tracked.
- Monitor and follow up on required documentation from franchisees, ensuring timely submissions.
**4) Follow-up & Communication**:
- Maintain regular communication with franchisees throughout the onboarding process to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Ensure all issues are resolved promptly and escalate to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when dealing with franchisees.
**5) Reporting & Record-Keeping**:
- Track and report the progress of each new franchisee’s onboarding process.
- Maintain detailed records of communications and onboarding activities with franchisees.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
