Back Office Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Back Office Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers looking to begin their career in administrative support. The Back Office Coordinator will be responsible for handling back-office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting front-end teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain records, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist with preparing reports and maintaining databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Provide support in inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Address client inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate departments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
