- Create, edit, and publish high-quality reels, videos, stories, and posts.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage daily posting schedules, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow the community.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns.
- Run paid campaigns (if required) and ensure ROI-focused execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
- Strong skills in video creation and editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content).
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute content calendars.
- Awareness of the latest trends, memes, and viral strategies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in running ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of influencer collaboration and partnerships.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
