- **Office Supplies and Equipment**:Ordering and managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
- **Visitor Management**:Greeting and directing visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- **Basic Bookkeeping**:Assisting with invoicing, budget tracking, and other financial tasks.
- **Human Resources Support**:Assisting with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR functions.
- **Event Coordination**:Assisting with the planning and execution of internal and external events.
- **General Administrative Support**:Providing support to various departments and individuals within the organization.
Key Skills:
- **Organizational Skills**:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a structured workspace.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
