**Biitcode is urgently hiring IT Recruiter (WORK FROM HOME). Our client is into recruitment and staffing. Please find position details below**:
**Position: IT Recruiter**

**Location: Pune (Bhumkar Chowk)**

**No of Positions: IT Recruiter - 2**

**Working days & Time: Monday to Saturday 9.30 am to 7 pm**

**Requisites**:

- MBA/PGDM in HR & Administration Management
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office, Mail Drafting.
- Proficient in Languages
- Marathi, English, Hindi.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have hands-on work experience in IT Recruitment.
- Sourcing and shortlisting the resumes through job portals.
- Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle
- Experience in sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, Internal
- Database/ATS, Headhunting, and many more.
- Should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
- Should be good in the End-to-End recruitment process.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
