Role & Responsibilities:

- Managing client’s queries from start to finish
- Advising clients and conducting legal research on their behalf
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents/contracts
- Developing litigation strategies
- Preparation of Minutes to minutes
- Work with CA regarding the Company’s legal matter/works/document preparation & submission
- Export & Import Legal Documentation
- Require a basic understanding of cross-border legal regulations
- Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills
- Excellent legal English skills
- Problem-solving
- Decision making
- Ability to project manage to a high standard
- Ability to work independently
- The ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess a proactive working attitude and sense of responsibility; willing to accept challenges
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to respond to last-minute changes
- Strong analytical, interpretation, and presentation
- Must have experience of 1-2 years.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
