**Job summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Proper receiving, dispatching and circulating of all papers, notices, correspondence etc. pertaining to day to day working of the function
2. Maintenance of all records, files and folders and retrieval of documents on demand
3. Filing of documents with various authorities and office upon intimation from time to time
4. Taking dictations and typing the same in a time bound manner
5. Provide timely and adequate assistance and support to the team members
6. Review, negotiation and closure of contracts with customers, vendors and strategic partners across the globe
7. Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract closure
8. Research on matters related to applicable laws
9. General corporate commercial advisory

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English

**Salary Range: 25,000**
