As a Figma Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital designs for various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage the Figma design tool to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to bring innovative and effective design solutions to life. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the project's goals and user needs.

**Design Conceptualization**:Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
Generate creative design concepts and solutions that align with brand guidelines and user experience principles.

**Figma Expertise**:Proficiently use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with team members using Figma's real-time collaboration features to ensure seamless communication and feedback.

**User-Centered Design**:Conduct user research to understand target audiences and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
Create designs that prioritize user experience, accessibility, and usability.

**Prototyping**:Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.
Iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and testing results.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and proper implementation of designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and refine designs throughout the development process.

**Responsive Design**:Create designs that are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and devices.

**Documentation**:Prepare and maintain design documentation, including design specifications and style guides.

**Stay Updated**:Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance design skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
