About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished UI/UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will possess strong design fundamentals and a forward-thinking mindset, with experience in crafting visually appealing designs that translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior designers, engineers, and product managers to drive the development of our digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a talented team and contribute to the creation of seamless, engaging user interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Lead user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
  • Ensure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.

User Interface Design

  • Create pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems in Figma.
  • Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability.
  • Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
  • Design-to-Development Handoff
  • Use tools like Figma's Dev Mode, Zeplin, or Storybook to provide engineers with clear assets and design specs.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
  • Understand front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic React/Flutter concepts) to better communicate with developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
  • Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in no-code/low-code platforms (Framer, Webflow, Bubble).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
  • Motion/interaction design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Figma Motion plugins).
