We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction company. As a Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are executed according to the project plan and specifications.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.

2. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience working as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.

3. Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.

4. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

6. The ability to interpret blueprints accurately.

7. Personal Transportation:Must have means to travel for carrying out operations, such as bike or scooty.

8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address construction challenges effectively.

10. Excellent organizational and communication skills to facilitate smooth coordination with stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise construction activities on-site, monitoring progress, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

2. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to facilitate smooth communication and decision-making processes.

3. Attend meetings to provide project status updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise during construction.

4. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with quality standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

5. Conduct inspections and identify deficiencies, taking corrective action as necessary to maintain quality standards.

6. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site, conducting risk assessments and providing safety training to personnel.

7. Utilize your knowledge of construction tools and equipment to optimize construction processes and productivity.

8. Interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately to guide the workforce effectively.

9. Maintain accurate records of construction progress, resources, and expenses.

10. Supervise purchase and offloading of materials.

**Probation period**:3 months

**Additional Information**:
The work environment for a Site Supervisor is fast paced, with most of the time spent on construction sites. You must be prepared to work outdoors for extended periods, exposed to various weather conditions.

In this role, you may also spend time in an office setting attending meetings. The position requires a high degree of adaptability and flexibility as project demands and priorities can change rapidly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
