**Job Title**: Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and reliable

**Site Supervisor with a strong background in Civil works and a good understanding of Facade construction.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor daily activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to civil engineering standards and project specifications.
- Manage and coordinate site teams, including labour, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure the safety of the site and all personnel by enforcing health and safety guidelines and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor the progress and quality of work, with particular attention to civil works and facade-related tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines, ensuring on-time completion of tasks.
- Address and resolve any site-related issues, ensuring mínimal delays in construction processes.
- Maintain accurate records of work done, materials used, and labor hours.
- Report regularly to senior management on the status of the project and highlight any potential risks or delays.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, with at least basic knowledge of facade installation or related systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Overtime may be required based on project demands.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
